ORIENTATION TO HEALTHCARE OFFERED AT QVCC
An Orientation to Healthcare Open House will be held at Quinebaug
Valley Community College on Monday, June 9, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
This session will feature each of the QVCC credit and continuing education healthcare programs, including: Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Medical Office Skills, Patient Care Technician, HIMT: Coding Certificate, Community Health Worker, Certified Nursing Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Billing & Coding, Electrocardiograph (EKG) Technician, Nursing Transfers, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Additionally, high growth & high demand career opportunities in healthcare, salary & job placement opportunities, and financial aid assistance will be focal points of discussion.
