How to Apply

Application packages must have the following to be considered:

    1. Application Form
    2. Personal Statement
    3. Transcript of Grades
    4. Two letters of recommendation (one academic & one character)

In order for your application to be considered, all materials must be submitted together.

Note: Microsoft Word needs to be installed on your computer in order to open the application in Microsoft Word format.
