During the synchronous portion of the web meeting after the Call to Order, and after a vote on members' waivers, it was moved, seconded and approved to accept the bylaws of WAOE (as members have voted to have the Directors do), and to have the bylaws inserted into corporate records, to be kept at the WAOE principal office as required by law.
