During the spring semester of 1994 Prof. Gillis presented a number of archive displays in commemoration of the "500th Anniversary of Modern Accounting"
These displays and their presentation included:

• a brief biography of Fra Luca Pacioli
• a "Paripatetic History of Accounting"
  and
• a display of "Accounting artifacts" from the Collection of Timothy Gillis,

as presented at The QVCTC commons-gallery, Mar. 21-Apr. 21 1994 and The 47th Annual Conference of the New England States Government Finance Officers Assoc. at the Raddison Hotel, New London, CT Sept. 22-25, 1994. See also:
