Directions for Students
Log In to MyCommNet Net ID
(Banner Number and Password)
• Click Student tab
• Scroll down to Student Self Service
- “Click here to access your Student /Academic Records “
• Select College
• Select Student Records
• Select Student Degree Evaluations
• Select Term – Click submit
• Click Continue
• Select Entry Term - Click Continue
• Select program from Drop down window
• Click Continue
• Select Campus
(ex. Main Student Body CR and Non CR)
• Select Major – Click Submit
• Click Generate Request
• Click Detail Requirements
CONSIDERING ANOTHER MAJOR…
• At The End Of The Degree Audit Document
–Click On What-If-Analysis
• Enter Term
• Click on Continue
• Select Program - Click on Continue
• Select Campus
• Main Student Body (CR and Non CR)
• Select Major –Click Submit
• Denote Use in Progress Courses
–Click Generate Request
• Denote Detail Requirements
–Click Submit
