TEACHING CAREER INFORMATION SESSION AT QVCC ON NOV. 13
Anyone interested in learning how to become a teacher is invited
to attend a Teaching Career Information Session at Quinebaug Valley
Community College on Thursday, November 13. The information provided will
cover early childhood, elementary, and secondary teaching.
Representatives from Eastern Connecticut State University and QVCC will discuss the Traditional Route to Teacher Certification from 5:30-7:30 pm. Career professionals with a bachelor's or master's degree can hear Maria Davoudi from the Connecticut Department of Higher Education speak about the Alternative Route to Certification from 6:15-8:30 pm.
The session will cover
eligibility requirements, coursework content, application procedures, and
